How does the roll forming machine work?

1. The operator must be familiar with the performance and operating procedures of the machine.

2. Before starting the machine, check whether there are any sundries and obstacles in and around the machine, and whether the instruments and buttons are normal.

3. Before each work, start the equipment for a 10 minute test run; Turn on the lubricating grease pump, fully lubricate all lubricating points, and it is forbidden to start the machine with load.

4. During normal operation, add lubricating oil every 30 minutes to ensure safe operation

5. No one is allowed above the equipment when it is working

6. In case of abnormal vibration, hydraulic oil leakage and noise during operation, the inspection shall be stopped immediately

7. Non operators are not allowed to enter the working area and should keep a distance of more than 2 meters from the equipment.

8. Stick to the working position and do not leave without permission. Stop when leaving the equipment for any reason and explain the equipment condition to the monitor
