Methods to ensure the balanced operation of the roll forming machine:   

   1. Maintenance of roll

    Anti rust agent shall be added to the roll every ten days. When there is a plan for machinery and equipment that is not needed for a long time, anti rust agent shall also be applied to the roll.

   2. Maintenance of punching machine die

   The maintenance concept of the punching machine mold is the same as that of the cutting knife mold. When the mold is not sharp enough, the mold needs to be flat ground to make it more sharp.

   3. Maintenance of source circuit

   For some customers with less professional technology, it is inconvenient to have problems with the power circuit. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the maintenance of the power circuit, and do a good job in the safety protection of anti pollution, waterproof and oil resistance. The cable shall be maintained carefully, and it is damaged.
