Guide for correct operation of I-beam cold roll forming machine:

1. Clean the upper and lower parts of the mold before starting the machine.

2. Check the support, material support and sliding block of the cold roll forming machine for foreign matters. If there are foreign matters, they should be cleaned.

3. According to the thickness of the folded sheet, select the appropriate mold of the light steel villa keel machine. The size of the mold is generally greater than or equal to 8 times the thickness of the sheet.

4. When the bending force of the workpiece is obtained by using the bending force of the plate or the bending force calculation formula, the bending force of the workpiece shall not exceed 1000KN.

5. When the cold roll forming machine bends narrow plate materials, the working pressure of the system should be appropriately reduced to avoid damage to the mold.

In addition, I-beam cold roll forming machine shall be used for arch winding, diameter changing and angle fixing of C-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, angle steel, channel steel, rail, square steel, steel pipe and other section steel.
