Keeping the rolling line in good working condition is the primary task of the maintenance engineer, so that each machine in the metal forming line can operate efficiently with the shortest failure time. Keep the machine running smoothly to achieve high productivity.

1. The maintenance personnel shall be fully prepared and qualified for the maintenance operation of the paint bed forming machine.

2. Keep the rolling work area in order and clean. The roll die shall not collide. In order to protect the paint wheel die, the original metal plate shall be relatively flat without much bending or foreign matter.

3. When starting every day, first make the rolling line run empty. After inspection, feed the metal coil and start production.

4.  Maintain the hydraulic system of the roll forming machine.

5. Regularly lubricate the bearings, chains and guide rails in the roll forming machine, and oil the machine at obvious lubricating points.
