1、 The operation of operators is standardized.

(1) Its operators should be very familiar with and understand all aspects of the cold bending equipment, and only after necessary training and assessment can they take up their posts.

(2) Operators of cold bending equipment shall wear labor protection articles before work to ensure their own and operation safety.

2、 Method / step strength

(1). Before operation, first check whether the lubricating point is short of oil, whether the moving mechanism is loose, and whether the safety protection device is fragrant and reliable, and then operate after confirmation.

(2). Start the oil pump and check whether the system pressure is kept within the specified range. If it is too high, the hydraulic components will be damaged and power will be wasted. If it is too low, the work will be affected.

(3). Adjust the required position and angle of the parts, adjust the positioning of the parts to the required length, adjust the vertical lifting guide rail, so that the guide mold pressing cylinder can move forward enough to clamp the iron pipe, and the clamp mold pressing cylinder can clamp the iron pipe.

(4). The normal operation is to put the workpiece into the bending die and position it in the front, then step on the foot switch to complete it.

(5). When bending, keep your mind focused and do not put your hands or other objects in the work area. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, turn the rotary switch to the manual position and reset it manually. In case of failure, report for repair in time.

(6). After the cold equipment is finished, the power supply should be cut off, so the cleaning and lubrication work should be done well.
